We want you to enjoy your stay in complete safety. Please read and follow these guidelines carefully.
Please Help Us by Being Vigilant Of
Wide and High-Sided Moving Farm Vehicles
We have regular farm machinery that moves around the property. Please be aware of these vehicles and give them plenty of space. Do not attempt to pass moving vehicles on narrow paths.
Uneven Ground
The farm has varied terrain with uneven ground in many areas. Please watch your step, especially in dark conditions or after rain when ground may be slippery.
Wild Animals
As a rural property, we have local wildlife. Please be respectful and keep your distance. Do not feed any animals you may encounter.
Derelict Farm Buildings
There are several derelict farm buildings on the property. These are unsafe and off-limits. Do not enter them under any circumstances without explicit permission.

Derelict Buildings
Do not enter derelict buildings without permission from Katie or Drew.
Close Windows and Doors
Close the windows and doors of the hut when you go out. This helps prevent uninvited wildlife visitors and maintains security.
The Pond
Be aware that we have a large pond in front of our farmhouse. This can be deep in places. Please exercise caution and do not enter the pond.
Hot Tub
The hot tub is electric and pre-heated. Simply follow the instructions on the electronic control panel. We're always available if you need any help.
