Please leave the hut tidy. This gives us time to prepare for our next guests. Late check-out may be possible on request.
Day Hire
11:30 AM - 8:30 PM
A full day to enjoy all the facilities. The hot tub will be pre-heated and ready for your arrival.

North Suffolk offers a wonderful mix of coastal beauty and rural charm:

Practical Information
Nearest Towns: Eye & Framlingham (approx. 10 minutes drive)
Supermarkets: Available in Eye and Framlingham
Pubs & Restaurants: Several excellent options within 15 minutes
Mobile Signal: Generally good, though can be patchy in very rural spots
Top Tip: We recommend stocking up on food and drinks before arrival. The nearest shops are a short drive away, but part of the Herbert's Lane experience is the peace of not having to leave!
Parking & Access
Parking: Free on-site parking directly next to your shepherd's hut. The site is accessed via a short farm track.
Accessibility: The hut is on one level with a few steps to enter. The outdoor space is on grass and decking. Please contact us if you have specific accessibility requirements.
